Mushroom cream soup

bahan:
5 bh jamur segar
1 bh bawang bombay
2 siung bawang putih
pala bubuk
garam, merica hitam
2 sdm butter
150 ml cream
400ml air kaldu ayam
2 sdm terigu (terpisah dilarutkan dgn air)
1. Tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih dgn butter hingga wangi. Masukkan jamur yg sudah diiris2. Tunggu hingga jamur mjd layu tambahkan merica dan pala.
2. Masukkan tumis kedalam air kaldu, didihkan masukkan cream tunggu hingga mendidih, masukkan tepung terigu aduk hingga kental.
3. Haluskan dgn handblender.
