Spicy Chicken Wrap

ingredients :
1 chicken fillet
1 onion
3 garlic
1 slice ginger
coriander leaf
4 cherry tomatoes
1 fresh mushroom
small amount low fat milk
basilikum, black pepper
cumin and coriander powder
unsalted butter for stir-fry
how to:
heat butter add onion and garlic until its tender (add some water if its get too dry). Add coriander leave, tomatoes, mushroom and chicken. Put all the herbs, cooked until the chicken are brown add milk just to let it not burning. Cover it for 2-3 minutes.
Serve it whole wheat tortilas
lettuce, fresh spinach, corn and grated carrot
