Kue Lumpur Pisang

bahan:

125 gr margarin
225 gr tepung terigu
250ml susu/cream/santan
175ml air
100gr gula pasir
4 butir telur
1/4 sdt vanili bubuk
2 buah pisang matang
caranya:

panaskan susu,margarin, dan air
masukkan terigu, vanili, gula pasir dan telur dalam wadah terpisah.
masukkan susu dkk yg telah dihangatkan sambil d pisang, aduk dan haluskan hingga rata.
masak dengan api kecil d cetakan kue lumpur, tutup sekitar 6menit (42buah)
