Ingredients:
400ml santan kaleng
300ml susu
150ml air
1/2sdt garam
3 sdm gula pasir
60gr kelapa kering/parut
1sdt baking powder
400gr tepung beras
panaskan air, susu dan santan hingga hangat kuku.
Siapkan tepung beras, gula, garam dan kelapa kering di wadah terpisah. Masukkan campuran santan hangat k dalam adonan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata. Diamkan 1 jam masukkan baking powder!
Masak dgn api kecil sekitar 8 menit.
