Tumis cumi kecap

cumi2
2 bawang merah
4 bawang putih
1/2 bawang bombay
1 bh tomat iris kasar
4 iris jahe
3 daun salam, 1 daun jeruk
3 sdm kecap manis
perasan lemon, garam, gula d merica
air secukupnya
tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga layu. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk, dau salam dan tomat. Masukkan cumi, garam dan merica. Tambahkan kecap manis. Masak hingga cumi setengah matah. Terakhir masukkan air tutup hingga matang.
