Stir-fry salmon with greek yoghurt (Tumis salmon yogurt)

ingredients:

4 pieces salmon fillet
1 onion
4 garlic
2 tbs olive oil
2 carrots sliced
150 ml greek yoghurt
seasoning:
Basilikum
Thymian
pinch of curcuma (kunyit)
salt and pepper
heat garlic and onion with olive oil until its soft. Add salmon and seasoning, add yoghurt and a little bit of water until it cooked.
