TOM KHA GAI (Thai Sour Coconut Soup)

Ingredients :

2 chicken fillet (dada ayam, tp lbh segar pakai seafood)
5 slices galanga (lengkuas iris)
4 lime kefir leaves (daun jeruk, iris d batangnya)
1 lemongrass (serai, iris tipis)
bunch coriander leaves (daun ketumbar)
1 onion, slice (bawang bombay iris kasar)
1 spring onion (daun bawang)
mushroom (jamur kancing)
2-3 Cherry tomatoes (tomat)
250ml water (air)
200ml coconut milk (santan)
juice from 1 lemon (air perasan lemon)

Bring water to boil with lime leaves, galanga and lemongrass. Add chicken/seafood cover until it cooked. Add mushrooms, spring onion, onion, coriander leave. Add coconut milk. Bring to boil, add the fresh lemon juice and tomatoes. Serve it with coriander leaves and slices of red chillies.

Panaskan air dgn daun jeruk, serai iris dan lengkuas iris. Masukkan ayam/seafood hingga matang. Masukkan jamur, daun bawang, bawang bombai, daun ketumbar dan santan. Masak hingga mendidih tambahkan perasan jeruk lemon dan tomat. Hidangkan dengan taburan daun ketumbar dan irisan cabe merah
