Bakso (Indonesian Meatballs)

Kuah kaldu:

Air
daging sapi/tulang sapi
bunga anis
kapulaga
cengkeh
seledri dan daun bawang
bawang bombay iris kasar
bawang putih
asam kandis

didihkan semuanya dgn api kecil kurleb 1 jam-an

Bakso:


1:1 ayam fillet dan daging cincang
4-5sdm tepung tapioka
2sdm tepung terigu
1 butir telur
wortel parut (tambahan)
garam,merica, bawang putih bubuk
air dingin

giling semuanya hingga halus rebus kedalam air kaldu yg telah matang.
