2kg ayam
800ml santan kaleng
150gr cabe giling
10 bawang merah
10siung bawang putih
4lbr daun salam
1lbr daun kunyit
1 serai
2 daun jeruk
7cm jahe
10cm lengkuas
1sdt kunyit bubuk
garam
Minyak utk menumis

Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali cabe giling, daun2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, masukkan cabe giling dan bumbu daun2. Masukkan santan tunggu hingga mendidih dan keluar minyaknya. Masukkan ayam, masak hingga kering dan kecoklatan dgn api kecil kurleb 3 jam.
